There are 6 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and one 1/2 bathroom on the main floor. 

You can book Sea Speak Resort through our official website or by AirbnbVRBOBooking.com. Online booking is available 24/7, while phone reservations can be made during business hours.

Luna restaurant is an upscale restaurant located at the bottom of the hill next to Cliffdwellers. You can certainly walk to the restaurant but be sure to call for a reservation or have your concierge arrange for you. The bar is certainly open for walk-ins.

Seaspeak has a large infinity pool over looking the Carribean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. There is also a large jacuzzi with waterfall to offer additional relaxation during your visit. 

 We offer both self-service laundry facilities and a full-service laundry and dry-cleaning service for an additional fee.

Our housekeepers will visit Seaspeak 3 times during a 1 week visit. These visits will be coordinated with your concierge. 1 visit includes linen changes however, the remaining 2 visits will be light housekeeping. More frequent housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

Grocery service is available for an additional fee. Your concierge will arrange for your groceries to be purchased and put away at Seaspeak prior to your arrival so that you can spend more time enjoying your vacation.

We have several amazing chefs available on Nevis who are familiar with our kitchen at Seaspeak and would love to prepare meals for you. Your concierge can help arrange this additional service.

Seaspeak was built with sustainability in mind which includes renewable energy. The home includes the largest collection of solar panels on Nevis and also has water recycling via a large water cistern.

Each of the 6 full bathrooms with showers are stocked with shampoo, cream rinse and body wash dispensers as well as blow dryers.

Nevis and its sister island, St Kitts, are blessed to be completely surrounded by water and both islands offer a variety of activities from ATV island trips, to catamaran charters and even yoga. Your concierge will be happy to help arrange any activities your group may want to schedule.

The home has a back up 50 KW solar panel system for renewable back up energy and a diesel power generator that supplements the solar system. The back up systems provide enough power for entire home operations, including HVAC in the event Nevis electrical grid is paused. There is also a large water cystern to ensure water during dry periods.

Yes, you can absolutely rent and drive a car on island. Keep in mind that we drive on the left side of the road with the steering wheel on the right side of the car. Your concierge will assist you in arranging a car rental which will be available to you upon your arrival.

Yes, your private concierge can assist you with arranging a private driver for as much or as little as you would like.

Nevis is completely surrounded by beaches and you don't have to go far to reach them. Tamarind Bay beach is the closest and within walking distance; however, there are no amenities. Chrishi Beach is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk and has full amenities including restrooms, beach chairs/umbrellas, and a restaurant/bar. The Four Seasons also offers day passes for a nominal fee.

We have limited beach chairs available in the Guest Storage Room located next to the laundry room. In addition, you will find water shoes, goggles/snorkels and plenty of water floats.

Seaspeak has great high speed Wi-Fi service and is accessed throughout the home and cottages.

The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs which offer common apps such as Netflix, Prime Video and You Tube. The living room, 3rd floor, and 1st floor King rooms are equipped with FLOW local cable. Keep in mind that some apps are not available depending on your country of origin (ex: Hulu).

There are several options on how to get around the island including a rental car, private driver or taxi. Your concierge will be happy to assist in arranging transportation for you.

We have several supermarkets on island which range from a 15-30 minute car ride away. Keep in mind that we are a small island and supplies are delivered once a week via boat; therefore, options may be limited. Ram's Supermarket has most items you will be looking for and is located 12 minutes from Seaspeak. Use Google Maps for best location. Best Buy Grocery Store and Horsford's Valu Mart are also great options.

We have board games, puzzles, cards, books etc available and can be located in the cabinet to the right of the living room TV.

We have a great selection of yoga mats available in the Guest Storage Room located next to the laundry room.

As part of the Cliffdwellers division, there is a complimentary full gym available to you, open 24/7 via an access code. There is an age limit of 12 to use the facilities. Please contact your local concierge for the access code.

Nevis is blessed to be surrounded by many churches from all denominations. Google Maps is a great resource however, your local concierge can also assist.

Caribe Eats will deliver to Seaspeak from various restaurants. Simply download the CaribeEats app and set the delivery address as Seaspeak at Cliffdwellers.

Yes, we have laundry detergent and fabric softener available for guest use in the laundry room. In addition, an iron and ironing board is also available.

Nevis offers a private airport for small charter planes otherwise, you will arrive to St Kitts and take a 15 minute taxi ride to the water taxi where you will take an additional 15 minute water taxi over to Nevis. Your concierge will assist with these arrangements.

Seaspeak is equipped with 120 volts (V) at a fequency of 60 hertz (HZ) outlets (USA grade)

Yes, the tap water in Nevis is generally safe to drink as it comes from a pure underground aquifer.

Many homes on St Kitts/Nevis are only air conditioned in the bedrooms however, Seaspeak has air conditioning throughout the home as well as the cottages. During high sun hours (around 3 pm) we recommend closing the living room curtains to control the heat. The home is climate controlled so please be sure to keep the doors closed.
